1.- Payment

1.-Payment will be made through a PayPal invoice sent by the artist.2.-50% upfront payment is required before work begins.3.-NO REFUNDS AFTER THE SKETCH HAS BEEN APPROVED.

2.- Process

1.- Please press the “Request Commission” button to go to the form.-Commission requests will be answered within 24 hours. Once the details are confirmed, a PayPal invoice will be sent to proceed with the payment.
-All commission communication and updates will be handled via email.2.- TAT: 2 weeks - 2 months, depending on complexity and my current queue.4.- The final file will be sent in PNG (300 ppi) via Gmail (◜◡◝)/

3.- Personal & Commercial Use

1.- The artwork is for personal use only.
Any commercial use, reproduction, resale, or distribution must be discussed and approved by the artist beforehand and may require an additional agreement or fee.2.- The client may not use the artwork for NFTs, cryptocurrency, blockchain-related technologies, or AI datasets / AI tools, including any similar or future technologies.

4.- Artist Rights

1.- The artist may share the final artwork or parts of the commission process on social media and include it in their portfolio as an example. If the client would like the commission to remain private, they should inform the artist in advance.

5.- Refund Policy

1.- Customer has the right to request a full refund if no progress has been made or if the commission has not been completed within the estimated TAT (2weeks –2 months) without prior notice.2.- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergencies, etc.) are excluded from this condition, and the client will be notified if this happens.3.- The client is expected to respond in a timely manner to questions, sketch approvals, or feedback requests.4.- Lack of response within a reasonable time may be considered approval of the current stage of the artwork.

6.- Cancellations

1.- The artist reserves the right to refuse or cancel any commission, providing a full refund if the order has not been started.2.- Any disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the cancellation of the commission. The client may receive a full or partial refund depending on the amount of work completed. The artist also reserves the right to refuse future commissions from the client.
